  • Honey or date syrup (optional): 1–2 tablespoons (depending on the tartness of cherries)

  • Vanilla (optional): a few drops

  • Ice (optional): 2–3 cubes (if you want it colder)

  1. Use Barli  frozen sour cherries directly from the freezer; no need to thaw.

  2. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.

  3. Put all ingredients (cherries, banana, milk, yogurt, honey) into a blender.

  4. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.

  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little milk and blend for a few more seconds.
