Cold milk or almond milk: 1 cup
Plain or Greek yogurt (optional): 2–3 tablespoons
Honey or date syrup (optional): 1–2 tablespoons
Vanilla (optional): a few drops

Use frozen barli strawberries directly from the freezer; no need to thaw.
Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
Put all ingredients (strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, honey) into a blender.
