  • Cold milk or almond milk: 1 cup

  • Plain or Greek yogurt (optional): 2–3 tablespoons

  • Honey or date syrup (optional): 1–2 tablespoons

  • Vanilla (optional): a few drops

  • Ice (optional): 2–3 cubes (if you want it extra cold)

  1. Use frozen barli strawberries directly from the freezer; no need to thaw.

  2. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.

  3. Put all ingredients (strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, honey) into a blender.

  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little milk and blend again.
